Shipping and Returns

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 12pm PST ship the same day with next day delivery; orders placed after 12pm PST ship the following *shipping day with next day delivery.

*We do not ship on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.  Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday ship on Monday.

 

Do I have to be 21+ to order JuneShine?

Yes. You will be ID’d when the delivery is made.

 

Do I have to be present to accept my delivery?

Someone who is at least 21 years old must be available to sign for each shipment. When providing us with a shipping address please take this into account as all packages require an in-person signature. Carriers will not leave packages unattended. After 3 unsuccessful attempts your shipment will be returned to sender.

 

How do I track my order?

You’ll get a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order ships with a tracking number.

What do I do if I want to cancel or modify my order?

We try to get orders out to you as quickly as we can, so we can’t always catch your order before it goes out. Try us at orders@juneshine.co and we’ll do our best.

 

What do I do if the product is damaged or my order is incorrect?

Email us at orders@juneshine.co with the details and a photo of the damaged/incorrect order.

 


What do I do if I want a refund?
