Shipping and Returns
When will my order ship?
It depends on the delivery option you choose at checkout.
- We have same day delivery and same day rush 2hr delivery available 7 days a week in select zipcodes of San Diego and Los Angeles.
- For all other zipcodes we offer standard shipping. Orders are packed within 24 hours and shipping takes 1-2 additional business days. We deliver Monday-Saturday but not on Sunday.
Do I have to be 21+ to order JuneShine?
Yes. You will be ID’d when the delivery is made.
Do I have to be present to accept my delivery?
Someone who is at least 21 years old must be available to sign for each shipment. When providing us with a shipping address please take this into account as all packages require an in-person signature. Carriers will not leave packages unattended. After 3 unsuccessful attempts your shipment will be returned to sender.
How do I track my order?
You’ll get a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order ships with a tracking number.

What do I do if I want to cancel or modify my order?
Unfortunately, we can't edit orders once they're placed because we process them so quickly (especially 2-hour and same-day delivery). If you want to cancel, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
What do I do if the product is damaged or my order is incorrect?
Email us at email@example.com with the details and a photo of the damaged/incorrect order.
What do I do if I want a refund?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details on why you’re asking for a refund; please include any relevant photos.
Returns are subject to the rules and requirements of local laws and will be handled and approved by the retail licensee, if applicable.
